(b) Refund Policy: Refunds may be issued in accordance with the following conditions:
Timing: Refund requests must be made within 2 days of the subscription renewal date.
Circumstances: Refunds will be considered for cases such as technical issues preventing service access or dissatisfaction with the service. Refunds are not applicable for partial subscription periods.
(c) Modification of Services: Reserv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of its services at any time, including the availability of certain features or content, without prior notice.
(d) Customer Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for managing their subscriptions, including canceling subscriptions before the renewal date to avoid automatic renewal. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure accurate billing information is provided.
3. Use License: Permission is granted to users to temporarily download one copy of the materials on the Reserv website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
4. Disclaimer: The materials on the Reserv website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Reserv makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
5. Governing Law: Any claim or dispute relating to the Reserv website shall be governed by the laws of German without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
